Is this a conflict of interest?
Where I work, we have a talk show host and his producer. The producer has just revealed that he's dating the host's daughter. Also, this particular host books his daughter's workplace (a nonprofit) at least once each month. I'm thinking these both constitute a conflict of interest, and am thinking about bringing it up to the station manager. Would my thoughts on this be right?

The station manager is fully aware of the what is happening and for some reason chooses to ignore it. The best way to approach him/her is just as you did here. Ask station manager if this situation is a conflict of interest. That sounds as if you need a clarification, not just complaining.

Conflict of curiosity is a authorized time period. It has not anything to do with Christianity and isn't stated even as soon as within the Bible. What is stated are the 10 commandments. Writing erotica could be a sin in opposition to purity.

I think if you do your own business then it would be better. I host's daughter is happy dating producer then why you have problem?
Let them enjoy........... and you also find someone handsome like your producer. lol :)
