I need a good name!!?

I have until 5 pm to name a condo project here in Mazatlan, Mexico. Any suggestions??

Update:

No pictures. It is a hotel that was started a few years ago and never completed. We are renovating and upgrading it. It has a great courtyard with a large pool with a swim up bar and a palapa hut.

    How about.." Delimar Condominiums"....Delimar means by the sea/ocean..not sure where exactly in Mazatlan they are located..but either way its on the cost :o).
