It really depends on what type of allergies you have.
All states have their faults with this.

I live in Minnesota and I have terrible allergies begging of spring, winter and fall. My allergies were best in Florida, due to the humidity, my eyes were actually white, instead of red, dry and irritated.

Minnesota, usually cold most of the time up there, because its one of the closest states to the North Pole and the top of the world.

As someone said, it depends on what you're allergic to.
For example, if you're allergic to grass like I am - the beach would be a good place to live, no matter what state.
