fuel pump 95 S10 blazer?

Ok i have a 95 s10 blazer here. The fuel line was rusted(leak) and needed a wheel cyl. After fixing that, now no fuel pressure. It did work to find the line leak... and did run after. The thing was almost out of gas i should mention. I put some in.

Ok i have 0 PSI at pressure tap. Wiring to sending unit seem tight. No , 1 second buzz in tank turning on ignition. but relays click.

I am convinced the fuel pump died due to low fuel. or age But before i go throu the trouble of dropping the tank, any suggestions that i didnt think of? does this vehicle have an access panel?

Thanx

Update:

replaced pump...was a pain as all fuel tanks are. but better than most. thankyou for answers

Dropping the tank isn't too bad. It still sucks, but it can be done. hopefully, it's not full! After that, it's pretty easy to get the pump out and change it. I also second the idea of getting a good GM pump from the dealer. It's more money, but will be worth it when you don't have to drop your tank again to replace a crappy aftermarket pump.

3 basic things are required for combustion to take place: air, fuel, and spark, you say you have fuel and spark, so apparently you do not have air, make sure the air filter is not clogged, or better yet take it out while your diagnosing. the other things necessary for your vehicle to run are timing, pull the distributor cap and bump the engine over and make sure the rotor is moving, set the front driver's side cylinder to top dead center on the compression stroke and make sure the rotor is pointing to #1 on the cap, make sure the spark plugs aren't gas fouled, otherwise the only thing left is injector pulse, your blazer has a spider injector under the upper intake manifold, it's a single injector with poppets on the injector tubes, make sure there is pulse going to the injector, if there is replace it, while you're replacing it also replace the inlet tube and return tube to it under the intake and replace the spark plugs, if it still doesn't start i'm stumped. also on spider injected trucks it takes 45 psi of fuel pressure to open the poppets, if you have 44 psi they will not open, check your fuel pressure, if it is low and you have the correct pump in it, replace the fuel filter as well

Sorry man, no access panel. You are most likely right in it's being a bad pump, they just love to fail... but usually right after you fill it up. I know that they are spendy, but get one from GM, not aftermarket! I have re-replaced too many aftermarket pumps to ever put one in again.
