It sounds like you're being asked to write a Compare/Contrast Paper. Your thesis should be your judgement on how the beliefs of Hinduism and Confucianism impact the social structure of India and China respectively. To make an assessment before you begin, think about what you know of each Religion/Philosophy and make a judgement accordingly. I hope this helps! Good luck!
