Since barracuda fish are known for abandoning their young, is it nice to tag a politician as a Barracuda?

Barracudas also eat their young or other smaller barracuda fish, according to encyclopedias and such.

You seem to know more about fish then me, yet I think your view is in the minority. Most I would expect associate it with its fighting spirit.

Barracuda is a self-proclaimed tag that her campaign is promoting as a "clever" match to McCain's self-labeled "maverick".

Apparently she was a tenacious basketball player in her youth and got this nickname from the opposing players for the underhanded style in which she played the game when the refs were not looking.

Most fish abandon their young (or don't stick around the nest at all). But as a political label, it's fine. When you say "barracuda" the mental image most people have has little to do with nesting instincts.

You have to be a Democrat because all they do is trying to find fault in every thing that Republicans try to do. Vote for your "one" and we will rejoice when McCain make the right changes that will put our country first. Name calling and fault finding is what the Dem's do best when they have problems so wake up and smell the roses especially the ones on the other side and then go make your day.

Doesn't matter - barracudas are most famous for their teeth.

maybe we can call 0bama a jelly fish since he's spineless, stings, floats with the tide and will end up washed up on a beach.

In the case of Sarah Palin -- if the shoe fits, she can wear it.

I'm just curious if all five of her children are from the same husband.

I think this GOP ticket should abandon it's run.
