What are your NFL Week #2 picks?

I think the following are going to win:

Bills vs Jags - Bills

Bears vs Panthers Bears

Packers vs Lions - Packers

Colts vs Vikings - Vikings

Giants vs Rams - Giants

Saints vs Redskins - Saints

Raiders vs Chiefs - Raiders

Titans vs Bengals - Titans

Falcons vs Buccaneers - Buccaneers

49ers vs Seahawks - Seahawks

Ravens vs Texans - Texans

Dolphins vs Cardinals - Cardinals

Patriots vs Jets - Patriots

Chargers vs Broncos - Broncos

Steelers vs Browns - Steelers

Eagles vs Cowboys - Cowboys

This is my reasoning for the picks, give yours.

The Jets beat the Dolphins by only 6 and could have potentially lost the game. Their defense still sucks, and while Cassel is no Brady, I don't see them stopping the Pats. Also, Miami's defense is arguably the worst in the league, and Farve barely managed to beat them. Good luck with the pats.

The Raiders and the Chiefs are up in the air, but after being humiliated on national TV, I expect the Raiders to get revenge in this rivalry. The Chiefs left me very unimpressed as they could not defeat the crushed Patriots in week 1.

The Bears stomped on the Colts and looked like they did a few years ago when they reached the super bowl. The Panthers usually play bad at home. Delholme may be able to pick up, but as history shows, they don't perform well at home.

The Bill's defense was impressive last week. The Jags seemed a little dead in the water. I expect the Bills to win again with their D.

While the Eagles blew out the Rams last week, it's not that impressive. Most NFL teams will be able to do that. Tono Romo, on the other side, is 14-4 since Dec '06 in the first half of the season. He is a very strong starter (the fact that he can't win a playoff game is a different arguement).

The Titans will have a slight edge over the Bengals. Both teams are dealing with disgruntled superstars, but I can see the Titans benefiting from Young's injury more than the Bengals can benefit from Mr. 85.

The Vikings lost on National TV, so I think they want to prove they're better than that. The Colts have Manning, who is semi-injured and looked like a kid forced to go to school before the game last week. With Manning off his game for a bit, and the Vikings with some of the best rush-defense in the league, I can see this one ending with a W for the Vikings.

The Texans lost to the steelers, who's offense was just too good for them. The Ravens came off a home win with their rookie debuting strong. I just don't think a rookie will pull the upset on the road, not against the Texans.

    Bills vs Jags - Jags

    Bears vs Panthers Bears

    Packers vs Lions - Packers

    Colts vs Vikings - Colts

    Giants vs Rams - Giants

    Saints vs Redskins - Saints

    Raiders vs Chiefs - Raiders

    Titans vs Bengals - Titans

    Falcons vs Buccaneers - Buccaneers

    49ers vs Seahawks - Seahawks

    Ravens vs Texans - Texans

    Dolphins vs Cardinals - Cardinals

    Patriots vs Jets - Jets

    Chargers vs Broncos - Chargers

    Steelers vs Browns - Steelers

    Eagles vs Cowboys - Cowboys

The Jaguars have a good offense and, normally, a punishing defense. The Bills have... yeah, this one to the Jags.

The Bears defense looked impressive against the Colts. The Panthers managed to barely beat a Chargers team despite their gimped defense. If the Bears defense can play consistently, they shouldn't have a problem with the Panthers.

If Rodgers continues to make good decisions, the Packers will be tough to beat.

The Vikings pass defense is a joke. The Colts offense, despite numerous injuries, shouldn't have a problem picking apart the Viks' secondary.

The Giants seemed spastic in week one. If their offense is consistent and the defense plays at its potential, they may be a serious playoff threat.

I'm not positive on the New Orleans pick, but their offense was pretty impressive in week 1.

I'm picking the Raiders solely because they have the talent to win games. Unfortunately, the coaching talent is not necessarily the best.

The Bengals' run defense vs. Chris Johnson. I'm going to have to take Chris Johnson. Collins will also spread the field a bit more which will open the running game and....Chris Johnson wins.

The Falcons and Bucs: I'm still debating if the Falcons' week 1 performance was a fluke. This one could go either way, though.

The Seahawks are playing the 49ers... no further explanation needed.

The Texans are a great team. Unfortunately for them, they are in the AFC South. If Houston were in any other division, they would be a playoff team.

    The Cardinals play the Dolphins...

Cassel simply doesn't have experience at the NFL level. I expect every NFL defense to take advantage of that fact and blitz more than normal. The Giants blitz Brady and won the Super Bowl... is it reasonable to expect Cassel to outperform Brady?

Despite injuries on the defensive side, the Chargers still have the potential to have a very powerful offense. Although Merriman's injury makes life a little easier for the Broncos, I have trouble believing the Broncos' D can shut down LT/Gates.

The Steelers have a potent offense AND a potent defense. The Browns don't match up well on either side of the ball.

The Cowboys and Eagles should be a great game. In the end, though, I really think Dallas has too many weapons. The Eagles may shut down one or two players, but Dallas always has other options...

Bills vs Jags - Bills: The Bills defense, sparked by Stroud's presence, will stuff the wounded Jag's run game. Jag's without both Starting G's and their C.

Bears vs Panthers: Panthers: The game will be close but I think Delhomme will be able to find a way to get his team the W.

Packers vs Lions - Packers: Rule one... never pick the Lions to win anything, kidding... kind of.

Colts vs Vikings - Vikings: Because they are hosting and the Colts looked terrible aginst the run last week, especially the draw.

Giants vs Rams - Giants: Rule two, never pick the Rams.

Saints vs Redskins - Saints: The Saints are more explosive then the Giants and they will put the Skins in a hole early.

Raiders vs Chiefs - Raiders: Rule 3 and 4... never pick the Chiefs... or the Raiders. Ugh... Chiefs have to pick put a win sometime this year. Might as well be this week.

Titans vs Bengals - Titans: Bengals O won't see the field for more than 25 minutes.

Falcons vs Buccaneers - Buccaneers: Matt Ryan will get to see a professional defense for the first time in his career this week.

49ers vs Seahawks - 49ers: The Seahawks just seem slow. Frank Gore will have a great day.

Ravens vs Texans - Texans: Will be a low scoring game but they'll find a way to grab the W.

Dolphins vs Cardinals - Cardinals: As long as Warner keep the number of picks on one hand they'll bet the Fins.

Patriots vs Jets - Pats: They'll pound the rock out and win close... this week,

Chargers vs Broncos - Broncos: The Chargers have holes on D... the Broncos are getting guys back.

Steelers vs Browns - Steelers: The Browns looked miserable against the run against the Cowboys... the trouble continues this week.

Eagles vs Cowboys - Cowboys: The Boys have had trouble against the Eagles at home but I think they win with their special teams. Kicking or not kicking to Pacman will change the landscape. Marion the Barbarian's ribs could play a factor, F.Jones' ability to pick up blitzes has been a bit suspect... and I hear the Iggles like to blitz a little bit.

    Good Picks, here are mine:

    Bills vs Jags - Bills

    Bears vs Panthers Bears

    Packers vs Lions - Packers

    Colts vs Vikings - Colts

    Giants vs Rams - Giants

    Saints vs Redskins - Saints

    Raiders vs Chiefs - Cheifs

    Titans vs Bengals - Titans

    Falcons vs Buccaneers - Falcons

    49ers vs Seahawks - 49ers

    Ravens vs Texans - Ravens

    Dolphins vs Cardinals - Cardinals

    Patriots vs Jets - Jets

    Chargers vs Broncos - Broncos

    Steelers vs Browns - Steelers

    Eagles vs Cowboys - Cowboys

    Explanations:

-Bills are too solid of a team, while Jags seem to be somewhat inconsistent.

-Bears looked very strong. Forte will run for 100+ again, while the defense will shut Delhomme down.

-Packers looked very good. Remember, they are the same team as last year, just a younger QB now.

-Vikings looked weak, and as long as Jackson is behind center, they won't be all that good. Peyton comes back strong.

-Rams are just too bad, Giants still have consistency.

-Saints offense is one of the best, and the defense looks pretty good too. Redskins looked rough in week 1.

-Raiders looked pretty rough. I think Larry Johnson will have a great day running, and lead his team to a victory.

-Titans will struggle without Vince, but the defense is still good enough to take out the Bengals.

-Falcons looked solid all around. I don't like the way the Bucs looked, especially without Garcia.

-Seahawks looked aweful, and Burleson is gone now. 49ers didn't look too great, but I think they can top the struggling hawks.

-Texans didn't look too great, and Ravens seem to be back to form.

-Dolphins actually looked decent, however, Cardinals are too good to surpass.

-Brady is only one man, but so is Favre. It will come down to the wire, but I think Brett will get big down the stretch.

-Chargers struggled a lot, while the Broncos made the game look easy. It was different opponents, but Denver certainly looks to be stronger.

-Steelers could be the best team in the league, Browns struggled against a strong Dallas team.

-This will be the game of the week, but Dallas is just too consistent, they take down Philly with no problem.
