my avatar picture wont work?

Question

im ttying to get a picture from my 360 profile to show up as my avatar picture on here, it used to work, then my account was supspended, and I had to start again...
but it wont let me use a picture for my avatar.

i uploaded a few different pictures, but none of em work =/

lol.. nice name..... um. this happened to me for a while

2 edit personal photos
3 then when you browse, put that same picture multiple times, save it, then go back and make sure it says" set as primary" [ lol. that;s where i went wrong :P) 
4 make sure that it says "use my yahoo 360 picture on your yahoo answers account" and if THAT doesnt work then make sure that the picture :
be JPEG files. 
be less than 5MB in size

go to PICTURE:  Make sure u click
Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture 
Press PREVIEW
OK to save.
