how soon should I stop walking my dog before she has her puppies. She has about 10 days left?
I don't want to stress her but I don't want her to get full of energy either. I have shortened her walks. We use to walk about two miles and we are down to about one mile because I could tell she was getting tired. If anyone knows please tell me.

Dogs, just like women, need healthy exercise to be in the best possible shape before giving birth. My pregnant b1tches were always exercised right up to the day they gave birth and I doubt they would have had it any other way.
All you need is come common sense (and you've already cut down the length of her walks because you saw she was getting tired). No running, no jumping, no walking when it's hot and take her out for several short walks rather than one long one. But there's no need at all to stop walking her.

Dear, In response to this question, My 10 week old puppy wont stop crying, I've tried everything!?, I tell you that take a look at this guide ASPCA Complete Dog Training Manual it might help you As you asked; "I got a Jack Russell puppy a 10 days ago and he is 9 weeks and 6 days old. During the day he stays in the kitchen with a crate which is left open for him as he gets scared when I ask" I hope it might help you. All the Best :)

As the owner of 9 Standard Poodles when I have a female ready to give birth I continue to walk them right up to time of delivery. It helps when it comes time for birth. Don't run her or do extremely long walks but she still needs to be walked.

Stop now. Let her rest and build up before the big day. If you want, you can take her for SHORT little walks - like, around your house - but for now she needs to take it easy.
Gather a bunch of blankets for her for a nice soft bed, and let her take it easy ;)
Good luck!

don't stop walking her, dogs need exercise for easier labour. 2 miles is probably too long for her, you might want to stroll and suit her energy levels. keep to her pace and let her decide how long she wants to walk for. don't over exert her and don't go without exercise too
