Do I have to leave my appliances when I sell my house?
I want to know if i have to leave my washer and dryer when i sell my house or if i can take them with me or sell them since they didnt come with the house.

Your stove, and dishwasher is considered part of the home and refer, washer and dryer are considered personal prop. The rest of the experts here dont know what they are talking about

Really you do not have to leave anything as long as it is disclosed.
And make sure that is clear any buyer.
Normal rules, unless disclosed it is assumed that all fixtures will stay, front door, built in dishwasher, light fixtures, hanging lights, cabinets, etc.
Things like washer, dryer, fridge, are optional.

As long as it's in the contract, you can take them. I do know that if they're nice, it can act as a selling point. If someone made you a low offer, you could say ok, but at that price, I want my appliances.

If it's YOUR home and YOUR appliances, you can throw them out the window if you wanted. The only way you would be obligated is if you stipulated in the sale that they came with it. Simple enough..
