I purchased a new car in GA, but I live in FL. The finance company applied sales tax for GA, What about FL, do I have to pay sales tax for them as well?

If Florida charges more, you will have to pay the difference.

i could like to hearken to that telephone call to the police. the vehicle is bought as is whilst 2 persons do a deal. except you're a broking, you have not any responsibilities different than to grant the vehicle and the call. Now, they could take you to courtroom and sue you yet have little threat of winning. as long as you probably did not say something stupid like "I assure this vehicle won't supply you any problems for the subsequent 10 years" or something comparable, you may desire to be ok. optimistically the customer isn't a psycho who starts off stalking you. that's yet one greater reason i could extremely commerce a vehicle in and lose money than manage idiots who adventure customer's be apologetic approximately.
