I have PCOS and have just started clomid to help me ovulate. In addition to this i am following a diabetic diet as PCOS if often associated with insulin resistence. This means i need to cut down on sugar and refined carbs like white bread, past, rice, potatoes. Also exercising to help with weight loss as i have been told that even losing a small amount of weight can help regulate the cycle and maybe start ovulation naturally.

You can be treated for PCOS and it is possible for you to conceive. There are different ways of treating it and every person is different. Best is to go to you gynae to figure out what your options are. Good luck!
