Campaigning limitations?
Do you think it would be a more even political race if Presidential Campaigns had a time limitation say..One year prior to the primaries that they can campaign and also a monetary limitation to their campaign. This way it would be a fair and equal race. Anything over the amount of the monetary limitation raised would have to be donated to relieve the national debt.

Great idea start, also add no campaign funds from any corporations, individual citizens could only donate twenty dollars to go towards fliers, ads on the television would be free but limited to your time suggest and only two per month, with a debate on selected issues by voters already tallied and each candidate must answer the questions but the questions must not be personal or about family, the debates would go on for a period of three months w/ two debates per month.
