For all the people on here?
asking the same question over and over and over and over "How can i lose weight?"If you educate yourselves about nutrition and realise you can eat up to TEN meals a day and lose "Weight".Weight is lost in this order;
1)Water
2)Muscle
3)FAT
The only one we need to be losing is excess FAT
FAT is stored as fuel for later so what happens when you start dropping meals or only eating two or three times a day?I am seriously thinking of starting a business so if i could work out a ten meal a day plan for you to lose FAT would you be interested?

Okay I'm a powerlifter and I eat 8 meals a day and that's difficult enough to fit in. I eat every 2-3 hours.
Assuming people are awake for 16 hours and you should stop eating 2 hours before you sleep. You have 14 hours to eat those 10 meals. That means you want people to eat about every 1 hour and 24 minutes.
It's alot more complicate then the order you listed and your body doesn't necessarily lose in that exact order. It very much depends on a bunch of factors. You don't seem to understand the energy systems of the body and how they work.
Trust me when I tell you I'm very educated about nutrition.
I've known many bodybuilders and powerlifters and I've never met any who will eat 10 times a day.
I don't want to be nasty here but you clearly don't have the knowledge or training to be dispensing nutritional information.
I agree that 2-3 meals is wrong for everyone. 5-6 is a much better number. It's a very manageable number.

No. Especially with the raising cost of food and the storage of it. Three meals a day spread throughout the day is better. To eat more often is the key and just the idea of 10 meals is saying one would be eating way too much and putting too much effort into it. No one would or could eat 10 meals a day.

That sounds great to me. I am constantly hungry and always crave things through out the day. I do exercise three times a week but seriously i could eat a horse and not be full. I used to be ill and had problems eating but now i dont even know what it feels like to be full. You should really start a business if it is possible without weight gain. :)

I don't know what your talking about. I only eat once a day and weigh 114 pounds. Everybody has these elaborate plans but, only eating a small amount of food and exercise really work. Don't bother saying it is not healthy or whatever I have a blood test and physical every six months and he always says I am in excellent shape.

Ten meals is too many during the day. Think about the time requirement. And what about the 8 hours of sleep, during which we cannot eat?
I wish you luck.

why ten meals?just 5 meals a day is fine

10 meals seems like alot of cooking and food, I would be spending my whole day cooking and doing dishes, that's not very practical, especially when food prices are rising and especially if you have a family to contend with.
