Please help: Trade, waiver pickup, or stand pat?

I'm 2-0. I drafted Brady in the 1st, and recovered by trading Kellen Winslow for Philip Rivers as insurance for Kurt Warner. I think my team is decent, but right now I have two potential injuries, and my receiving corps could use some shoring up. This is me.

QB Kurt Warner, Philip Rivers

RB Brandon Jacobs, Willie Parker, Chris Johnson, Jonathan Stewart, Justin Fargas

WR TJ Houshmandzadeh, Reggie Wayne, Joey Galloway, David Patten

TE John Carlson

K Josh Scobee

DEF- NY Giants, Philadelphia

I'm thinking of dumping Justin Fargas, who suffered a groin pull and is 5th on my depth chart anyway, for a WR on the wire. Galloway is hurt also, but I don't think I want to drop him, at least not yet. Available WRs include J. Gage, S. Rice, Mark Clayton, Muhsin Muhammad.

Should I do this, or go for a TE (FAs include Heap, Owen Daniels, Robert Royal, Randy McMichael and both Bears)? OR, trade Chris Johnson to a guy who has weak RBs(Norwood, Sproles, Hightower, and Jamal Lewis) and Wes Welker, Eddie Royal and Hines Ward?

Update:

It's a standard 12-team Yahoo! league. We start one QB, two RBs, three WRs and a TE. There are three 2-0 teams, and I think I'm the weakest of them. Thanks for reading all this, and for any advice you have.

I would trade either Chris Johnson or Jonathon Stewart for Eddie Royal. Royal is going to be a big part of the Broncos offense even with Brandon Marshall back. I would probably see if anyone is willing to bite on Stewart after that 2 TD performance he had on Sunday because Johnson is a stud and a TD waiting to happen. If I were you I would pick up Justin Gage and drop David Patten in a couple of weeks. When Colston makes his return, Patten becomes useless. Whereas Justin Gage will be ignored because he plays for the Titans and should do well with a more steady QB at the helm. Definitely get rid of Fargas though. As far as the TE's go I would stay with Carlson for now because he's really the only viable threat that the Seahawks have with the way they're WR situation is. But I think you really need to get a good number 3 reciever because I hate to say it (because I own him in my league too) but Housh isn't doing much in that lousy Bengals offense. Maybe use him as trade bait for someone thats going off of name value. Best of luck to you.
