Computer starts playing audio, sounds like Seinfeld?
I know I picked up a virus and some malware and thought I had it removed and cleaned up. Unfortunately, ever since this happened, after my PC has been on for 30 minutes or so, it starts playing audio. It sounds like Seinfeld (something about searching their apartment to try to find something) and seems to loop or restart. It has also been music and on one occasion, was Bloomberg TV. Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance for your help.
Additional Info: I have run Spybot and fixed the problems there. Unfortunately, when I run it again, the same trojan, fraud.protectionbar, comes up saying that 2 registries have been changed. When I run "Fix", it pops up a box asking f I want to deny or allow changes. I'm not certain is I am denying or allowing those changes or the changes back to what they should have been.
Additional Info 2: I also seem to have a problem with my search engines on IE. When I do a search, everything comes up as usual. Unfortunately, when I click a link, a new window opens up and it goes to a site that is totally unrelated to the search, usually a commercial site. I don't have any problems with searchs if I run Netscape so I am pretty sure this has something to do with the registry changes in IE from the fraud.protectionbar.

You can try a system restore from the point where you didn't have the problem. It'll still save all of your documents, it just helps fix the computer back to a state where it was once working. You can also try uninstalling all of the programs you've downloaded since the problem started.
Another thing you can do is hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and hit the Processes tab right after startup. If the problem hasn't started yet, write down the name of all of the processes. Then, when the problem starts, check it again to see if anything has been added. Try deleting that process and see if it stops. This is if you have Windows OS.

Hehehehe I have never heard of that one.
Search the internet for the problem. Someone must have come across it before. Then do what is suggested there for a remedy.
Otherwise, try spybot search and destroy; counterspy; ad-aware for free software that can help.
