The Cuban trade embargo is stupid. It divides families, denying them the right to send and receive mail to each other, telephone each other, or communicate on the internet. Family members cannot exchange money, food, medicine, or anything else.
The liars will tell you that it is in protest of Cuba's "communist" government. Ask them to explain why we buy so much crap from China.

why no longer. we've bought weapons to Iraq and Iran ... we commerce with China. there is not any reason to maintain the embargo till we could make it "honest and stability" and place an identical regulations on ALL international places that are comparable to Cuba.

It's political, due to the huge power of the Miami Cuban lobby. We traded with the Soviet bloc its entire time and trade with Communist China today.
