The year 2012 is marked in many religious calendars as the year of the apocalypse or the next stage in humanity. A movie has already been made to depict this (I am legend), but 2012 focuses more on the apocalyptic aspect. July 2009!!

I know i am with you i am exicted to see it too. John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Thandie Newton star, and Roland Emmerich dircets (10,00B.C., The Day after Tomorrow, The Patriot) is directing so you know it is going to be a big budget diaster movie with a lot of action and cool effects.
