I think I over ate today! Help Me Out Please!! I Beg You!!! :( ?

Breakfast: a little LOWFAT peach yogurt with about 1/3 Orange Juice, Chicken Soup with a cup of Orange Juice, 5 unsalted almonds, and 2 cough drops (1 cough drop = 15 calories) lol

Lunch: pb & j sandwhich with one tbs of peanutbutter & one tbs jelly(3 tbs= 240 calories) with 2 slices of WHOLE WHEAT SaraLee Toast (70 calories per slice) .

Dinner: A Plate Of: white meat chicken, white rice(only rice I have), salad w/ lemon juice dressing & mozolla oil, & steamed carrots

Dessert: sugar-free 70 calorie chocolate pudding & a Special K 90 calorie dessert bar!

P.s. Im Sick (Just letting you know)

Oh And Im 13 years old, 5'5, and between 131-135 pounds.

    Sounds pretty healthy to me. Protein in peanut butter and chicken, that's good. Some carbs, a little fat is OK. I'm a little concerned that you are so obsessed with calories that you worry about cough drops.If you eat healthy, which it seems you do, you will be fine.

    You didn't over eat. You ate things that were lowfat and sugar free. You also ate whole wheat bread and white meat, so you did good.

    Overreating is like, eating 8 yogurts, 3 sandwiches, your meat and carrots soaked in butter, and like half a cake...lol you know?

    You should eat brown rice instread of white rice. Brown rice has all the nutrients in it.

    Don't be too obsessed with calories....and its an obsession when you are counting cough drops....a little much.

    You at most probably had around 1200 to 1500 calories. Go ahead and have a snack. You might want to start including more protein in your meals. You are still lacking in protein. Also good idea to start eating some fresh citrus fruit like oranges, tangerines, grapefruit and limes. One thing about your anexoria is not getting enough vitamin C. Lack of vitamin C causes scurvy and rickets. Which not affects your muscles it also affects your immune system and your bones. In extreme cased can be fatal. In fact at the turn of the century 1900's that was one of the leading causes of deaths on the Arctic and Antarctic expeditions. Eating limes on board ship to prevent scurvy and rickets was the way the British got their nickname Limey. But it worked.

    First off, you didn't over eat.

    But had you done so, you can make up by eating less calories the next few days.

    In fact, "calorie cycling" is a great way to eat, as it "tricks" your metabolism. (google it - too long to explain right now)

    hey im 5 1 and weigh 125 pounds ur skimnnier than me lol

    plus you need to eat mre healthier stuff

    you under ate lol serious and drink more juice

    lots of fluid and hope you get well

    You underate. But you probably could of gone with out the dessert.

    if youre measuring your food intake as well as you are chances are very slim you over ate...stop being so paranoid if u go over a few calories.
