Like drugs, obesity, sexuality... etc..
Something that other people butt into about another person's life.
I mean give me more examples that aren't or are other people's business.

If we're talking about strangers, it's only your business if it affects you (smoking, like you said). If it's your friend or family member, then it's your business if it harms them in any way. You care what happens to them, so sometimes you've got to step in.
