If all forces in existence are balanced is the sum equal to 1 or 0?

If forces all balance out like a yin yang type scenario, would they equal to 1 like the sum of all parts of a whole equal 1, or would they equal 0 like on a number line where all numbers are positive negative or neutral with the balancing factor being 0?

Zero. When a body is in equilibrium, all forces acting upon it are zero.

If you are standing on the floor, you have a force holding you up, and gravity pulling you down. They are equal and opposite. You are not accelerating or moving, therefore there is no force acting upon you!

It's 0 for the reason you describe. Forces can be happening in all directions, which can be translated into vectors of different directions and magnitudes.
