If all forces in existence are balanced is the sum equal to 1 or 0?
If forces all balance out like a yin yang type scenario, would they equal to 1 like the sum of all parts of a whole equal 1, or would they equal 0 like on a number line where all numbers are positive negative or neutral with the balancing factor being 0?

I see this as a teeter totter in a playground.
Zero is the Point of Balance.
One is like the plank the teeter totter is made of.
Two are the ends of the Teeter totter that maintain the constant motion.
or
Zero is the Point of Flux....but zero would have no-thing to balance without the straight board.
One is the Whole....but the level would not have a reason to be if not for the point of levelling.
Two offers constant motion.....giving both zero and one a reason to exist.
Zero does not exist by itself.
One cannot live without another.
The sum of the parts is not possible without it's parts.

For every others' sakes, we need more input before we can dare approach this question. (good work)
Balance is one thing, nullification is another. Balance is not a fixed thing but a dynamic interchange; there is always a becoming.
And there are two important questions to this, which I am not so sure I can even frame that will convey meaning -- at least in a manner that words convey.
This I say. The word 'if' is a powerful thing, a powerful notion. We have to ensure that we will have a precedent for balance before we can know what the sum is or is not. And so, simply, we need more input to work with here. There are lots of things going on in this question.

All forces in existence cannot be balanced.
They can be destroyed, if gathered together at one point...
edit: Let me explain - Human beings are a force in existence, and we're the ones doing the balancing.
Therefore, All forces OTHER THAN humanity* (and their place in reality) can be balanced, but if you try to insert Humanity into the sum then the calculation becomes invalid, and thus reality is torn ashunder.
:D
*Hmm.. perhaps "human" is too specific, very well.
Replace "human" with "Sentient"

It would equal 0. But honestly, I have limited understanding of physics, chemistry, and astronomy.
However, forces are not described as fractions. They would all need to be represented as less than 1 to have any chance of equaling 1.

The universe is expanding and not slowing down. So the forces are not balanced. Yin and Yang doesn't apply. No Nobel Prize for you.

I'd go with 0. In my opinion, if all forces in the Universe were completely balanced, we'd all cease to exist.

In that place of yin yang, in that realm of the Light, time and numbers don't exist. In that other realm there is simply Being.
Message has been heard though that " We are all one ". That message is message of Unity.
No, "sums" no numbers . . . Simply elements of Being in the Now and peace.

Scientifically speaking, zero.
If you mean forces like spirits or metaphysical type scenarios, then I have no clue. Maybe it becomes an imaginary number?
God = â-1
