this may sound pretty amateur but i was wanting to know how to defrag my comp, step by step if u could and no complicated language plz.

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools, Disk Defragmentor... the reason its good to defrag your computer is because, although you may think you're keeping it organized. you're really not. let's say you install a game on your computer. 1 of the games files may be on the begining of your harddrive, while another file will be all the way at the end of it. when you defrag, it moves/organizes your files and makes your computer run quicker! hope that helps.

go my computer, right click on your local disk, click properties, select the tools tab, then click defragment, shopuld take about 15- 30 mins
