every second or third time i open a folder, a weird pop up appears showing a red circle with a white cross in it and the option yes or no. it doesn't matter if you click yes or no but you have to click one to continue doing what you are doing. does anyone know what it is and how i can get rid of it? it is on my laptop and my internet is not on. i also scanned with avast but found nothing HELP

i have a lot of games for my psp on some cd's. they use to be on my psp memory stick but it got stolen and now i can't find the emulator to get them on again. i remember when i ran the emulator, the menu screen for it was green and there was a green cog in the centre. does anyone know the name for this emulator and can u tell me where to get it and step by step instructions on how to use it, thanks a lot for the help!! ten point up for grabs

i have used up my download usage and am suppose to be slowed down to 64 kb/s, but when i downloaded something the speed ranged from 4 kb/s to 6 kb/s. but even stranger the bar down the bottom says, Local Area Connection, Speed: 100.0 Mbps, Status: connected. why does none of it match and can someone tell me how to fix it?

this may sound pretty amateur but i was wanting to know how to defrag my comp, step by step if u could and no complicated language plz.
