How can I make my wifes birthday more special?

You can try talking to her family and make a plan where everybody would work together so you wife can have a great birthday. Plan things out on what you guys are going to do that day and tell her family that they should all be doing it for her since she is family and is her birthday. It sounds like she's a family person and wants to see her family get along so this would really make her day.

im an artist but i don't know who are you i can give something for her making some adventure drawings or tajmahal, take her somewhere and celebrate a beautiful birthday party invite your friends there and your family cannot dissapoint her.

well since its her birthday n she still wants to be with her family soo maybe ull just have to do that!! but wat u ca do is maybe take her n her amily out for lunch for sometime n then later in the evening just let it be the 2 of u together!! ull can either rent out a movie n enjoy each others company or mayebe take her out somewer else wer it will jsut be the 2 of ull no one else soo that way even if she gets dissapoited after lunch she still will enjoy the time with u ::):):):) hope i helped!!
