Cant iron can go well beyond 350F. I have several skillets and use them all the time in the oven, never had a problem.
Maybe the concern is that it could do something to the seasoning on the pan itself? Thats the only thing that comes to mind, but even that I cant see being a problem.

Doesn't make sense to me. It does say it has a non-stick interior. I hope that means the pan is non-stick because of the seasoning and not a non-stick coating. That would defeat the purpose of having a cast iron skillet.

I have several cast iron skillets and have always used them in hotter ovens even under broilers, My skillets all look a bit thicker and heavier thant he one in that picture. Mine are just the standard heavier than heck skillets that our Great- Grandmothers used

Looking at the picture I would say that the skillet is oven safe up to that temperature because of the handles. Handles to saucepans etc are normally of non metal material because metal conducts heat very well and non metal meterial tends not to.

That's odd...What do they think? It's going to melt? But then again what would you bake that would be hotter than that?
