PLEASE HELP! STRESSED AT SCHOOL!!!!?
Stressed about School?!!!!!!!!?
Well I have had 2 weeks holiday and i had that time to complete these 5 assignments. I meant to get them started in the 2nd week but I had no energy and could not be bothered. Now i have 4 days to complete them! I'm starting to majorly stress out! I dont think i will graduate! I guess it is all my fault that i'm stressing out, i created this problem. THis morning when I woke up i felt like i wanted to hurt myself in order to get out of the assessments. I know this is wrong but i feel so down!
If i stay up all night I will definitely get even more stressed. I am not going to school today so i can work on an assessment (which is a group project) because i feel bad for the other 2 people in the group but i can't concentrate and i cannot be bothered! I have even let Y!A distract me!
PLEASE HELP! DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS? I JUST WANNA CRAWL UP INTO A HOLE AND DIE! Is there any ways i can get an extension! Its a little hard because i cant get my dad to write a note! He'll look down on my wagging and procrastinating. (he's an MD).

I hate to say this but it's time to sit down, shut up, and get some crap done. You still have four days- which means you still have time to save your ***. Start with the project that needs to be completed first. Spend at least an hour on it then take a break. Don't stay up all night, but get up early- if you are not going to school, then you should get up at the same time and start working. After your break- which can't be more than 15 minutes, get back to work on that project, if you can't focus on that project work on the next one. You did get yourself into this mess, but with a little concentration you can get yourself out of it. Turn of the cell phone, hide the remote and focus. On that note- hurting yourself to get out of school work is insane and you know it. You will feel better about yourself when you get this stuff done- but you actually have to work on it. Good Luck.

Really, the only thing I can offer you would be the following:
If you have any after school activities that you aren't committed to, then don't go to them. You'll need all the time you can get to work.
Since you said you are currently on a school break, then what I also suggest is that you wake up at the time you would usually wake up for school, and then start working on your project(s), up until the time you would usually go to bed.
A tip on just getting out your anger, frustration, etc, just simply yell or scream into a pillow (make sure it's thick enough so that you don't scare anyone) or you can punch into it and things like that. Hopefully, that will reduce your energy level enough so that you're not so stressed.
Another tip: finish the easiest project first so that you'll actually make some visible progress that you will be proud of and thus feel compelled to continue working.
That's what I can offer. I hope you'll finish in time. Good luck.

Are u in college or highschool?
If u have 4 more days then i suggest skipping minor homework and finishing the projects cuz they are most likely major grades. Plus i do this all the time YAY procrastination which reminds me i need to finish my research paper due tomorrow xD

This is what happens when you procrastinate. You stress and go into major depression/psychotic state for a while.
Get off yahoo answers this moment and go do your homework.

dont worry too much, school seems so mangified when you're a kid, but it's a very small part of life ... you'll survive whatever happens im sure.

the main thing you learn at school is how to prepare yourself for the future and take care of problems.....time to grow up and get the work done, no one can do it for you
you can do it, get started right away
