try www.192.com
you will need to register (free) and it will let you have 10 searches per day (i think) and it will bring up the street and the people, inc telephone numbers, that live around the house in question. If you got the nearve you could even phone the neighbours to try to get some further leads
It will search Voters roll, BT directory ect.. to get as much info as possible.
Good Luck... hope things work out
found them on the electorial roll. sorry the electorial part costs £10 for 5 searches. Seems the name is spelt as ELLEN and Patrick is the other occupant. Age guide 65+ You can still sign up for free and see thier names and town, but not street address or any further info

They hold the electoral rolls and phone books which will narrow the search . Good luck .

You should try looking online for public records or phone listings.
If you join ancestry.com you might be about to find them that way.
If you search a name it will also return phone book listings-which might help you find them. Good Luck! : )
