Oblivion- Shivering Isles?

I have the PS3 GOTY version with Shivering Isles.

However i dont know if when i go to the Shivering Isles will i be able to come back n forth freely, or do i have to stay there until Ive completed that quest line?

    well i have the xbox 360 version and i was able to go back and forth with out any trouble so i think you can do the same.hope this helps.
