Why would she be watching me in the restroom?
There's this girl I work with on a regular basis. Through casual conversation, she knows I'm lesbian. I know she's mentioned a boyfriend, so I'm reasonably sure she's straight. Today I caught her watching me through a gap in the door in the women's room. Why would she be watching me? How on earth am I going to handle this? This is BEYOND creepy and awkward! I have to continue to work with her after this... I don't want to find myself creeped right out of a job!
The problem with calling HR is I work for a company who just does work at that place. Her and I work the same desk, but not for the same company.
I am 25. She's whatever age college students are. My company comes in to perform hardware repair on computers at that college, she's a student worker at that college's help desk.

I can tell the difference between a "Hey, anyone in there?" glance, and watching.

I'm not sure how old you are, but maybe talking casually about sexuality, maybe she is curios. She was looking at something else, who knows. If you feel comfortable confront her. Anyways good luck. I mean if it was only once think wow she really thinks I'm that hott. If its more than once, I'd say something or do something that confronts her.

I don't know why she would be looking at you. Maybe she is curious as to how you go to the bathroom. Next time she does it, say something. Just be like, "Someone's in here!" or something like that. I am pretty sure it won't happen again.

well she might be either Bi, or just confused with where she stands....creepy yes but maybe it's her way of figuring out what she really wants
