Is there any way to get rid of cigarette smoke smell from a house aside from Febreze? Any products?
Any product that specializes in removing smoke smell from a room like a 'smoke bomb'? I'm told there is something called a 'smoke bomb' that you set off in the rooms for a day or so but I can't find it anywhere? I've tried Febreze and other sprays but looking for something more professional that is designed solely to remove smoke smell.
Thanks so much!

if the smell of the smoke is in the curtains and the carpet, you will have to have them professionally cleaned to remove the odor. these two items will hold the smell of smoke for months. wipe the walls with a light detergent, and mop the floors, this will remove smoke residue that adds to the odor. open the windows for 3-4 days prior to washing, this helps get a lot of the odor out. if you can afford it, have the ceilings painted, this cover the smoke residue on the ceiling. there will be no need for any air fresheners if you do these things, the source of the odor will be gone and your house will smell fresh.

Smoke bombs and Febreze do not remove odors. They just cover them up with nasty cheap perfume so that smokers can't smell them for a few hours or days. Non-smokers will still smell the smoke.
William panther is right: the only way to get rid of smoke smell is to wash and paint the walls, launder the curtains, and have the furniture and carpets professionally cleaned. There is no magic product you can use to get rid of cigarette smoke smell: it doesn't exist, and if one is advertised as such it won't work well enough to mask the smell for non-smokers. Nothing does.
However, I would suggest cleaning the walls with a trisodium phosphate solution and not mild detergent. TSP is not a benign chemical and you do need to use gloves and eye protection to clean with it, but it will remove much more than mild detergent. Also clean the ceilings. Rinse both after cleaning.

Several bowls or small containers of ground coffee. It really works! Put about 1/2 to 1 cup of ground coffee is several places, it might take a 1/2 day depending on how strong the smoke is. While your waiting, clean all curtains and anything washable, if there's no time, spray them with a vinegar and water solution. If all fails, use "Febreeze". Good Luck!

When I use to be a house keeper there was a industral strength product, but dosent really work. People who dont smoke still smell it. It only works for people who smoke because they cant smell the smoke as bad as one who doesnt.

First quit smoking in the house. After it airs out some then repaint the walls but make sure you clean them with warm water and soap first.
Once I quit smoking that is what I did and it worked very well.

get those Air Diffusers where you can burn some LIQUID Aromotherapy oils like Cinnamon, Tea Tree Oil (flammable).
Place some Activated Charcoal periodically around the room.
