Serious weight loss Plateau?

Im on a serious plateau. I haven't lost any weight in almost a month. (maintained current weight). I lowered my calories, cut carbs increased protein and changed my work out (which includes weights) twice. WTF... How can I get over this hump Im loosing faith and I got 80lbs to go till I am at a healthy weight. ANY Suggestions professionals????

    You've tried doing a lot of things, but have you tried doing nothing?

    Seriously, do nothing for a week. Stay out of the gym and relax a little bit on your eating habits. See how your body responds. At the worst, you gain a couple of pounds. At the best, you break your plateau after resting your body for a bit. What's 1 week in the broad scheme of things anyway? Give it a try.

    Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably.     Honestly I've come to realize that NO diet works if you're trying to loose a significant amount of weight in a short time.

    My mom lost 30 pounds in the matter of 9 months, by limiting carbs., but that is WAY too long for 30 pounds.

    You basically have to starve yourself and train your body to not want or desire food, and it will eventually happen when your stomach shrinks.

    Eat small meals, 5 times a day.

    Small as in, 1 cup of non sugar cereal

    an apple, stay away from bananas

    salads, half of breasts of plain chicken.

    small portions, and stay away from high calories.

    You have to burn the calories you already have in your body,

    instead of adding them everyday by eating crap.

    Lift some weights

    Muscles burn fat also

    Get some 10 pound weights and go at it and watch you lose even more

    Don't change how much you eat, change what you eat-- make it more fresh-- eat more raw foods and less process stuff.

    Also check your dress size-- it may still be going down even as your weights stays the same if you are exercising.

    walk between stores that are in close proximity dont drive

    you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement
