What to do next with selling our condo?

We recently outgrew our condo and bought a house. On our realtor's recommendation, we bought before we listed for sale so we could have the condo empty and sell it. We have had the condo under contract twice, both times the financing fell through. If we do not sell the condo (in Utah priced 125,900) ASAP, we will be so poor we will not be able to eat. We don't have the money to remodel any more than we have, and we can't afford another failed sale. What do we do to get this thing off our hands?

Update:

We will lower the price (we are working with realtor on that), and definitely DO NOT want to rent it out.

Our biggest problem is that we have had 2 offers which have fallen through, so others could not put in offers. (Both of the offers had "solid" financing according to the banks.) What can we do to avoid this problem in the future?

You will have to lower your price and bite the bullet. After having a condo up for over a year, and with several price reductions, I ended up selling for what I purchased it at five years ago. Yes, I took a loss, but am able to afford groceries once again.

Set up a local car boot sale in Utah and sell the item. Hand out flyers or let locals know by some other means about what you need to sell qucik.

Online use free sites to sell on like http://www.sellit-right.com/ and or http://www.classifiedads.com/utah-rs182.html

Don't bother use eBay - you pay alot to sell and plus you really need the money.

Real estate will usually sell if priced properly. You may need to lower your price to attract a quick buyer. In today's slow real estate market there are far fewer buyers than sellers so you need to make your property standout. A discounted price might do that. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about that.... Have you thought about maybe renting it out for a year or so till the market bounces back? Good Luck!

Price is king right now, lower your price.
