How can you tell if you had a miscarriage?
I'm almost 100% positive I would not be able to feel a miscarriage the day after conception.. but I'm confused. Sex is a rarity.. hence, my age being only 19. So stupid me gave in.. then the next day I had to lift some really heavy things... it felt like a blood vessel popped in my stomach. miscarriage? and do women that have miscarriages early on even know that they ever had them??

I don't think it would hurt the baby that early and if you did not matter what you will feel it. After conception the baby is connected to you and if you had a misscarriage it would feel like your inside are being riped out. Basically if you didn't bleed then your fine.

You can have a very early miscarriage and not even know you were pregnant. if this were the case, you would most likely start bleeding the day that you would normally expect your period or a couple days thereafter. If the miscarriage is later on in the pregnancy, you would most likely feel a good deal of cramping and pain. Early on you might just notice the bleeding though.

don't think so you would feel way worse than that like severe abdominal cramping and heavy bleeding besides it takes roughly about two weeks after you have sex for conception good luck you should go to the doctor anyway.
