Try not to due Quick Capture. Try just uploading the video itself and see if that works. I don't quite understand why your video cuts off.
Does this happen with EVERY video you upload or just one or two??

1. Creat youtube accout
2. Click"upload" to upload your have capture or cecord and edit videos
Once you're happy with your final result, you'll need to save the video in a format that YouTube can accept in order to upload. Unless you're a professional video producer, we recommend that you save your videos as either QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG files— these are the most common formats and they work well within our system. We specifically recommend the MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format at 640x480 resolution with MP3 audio. Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your clips look better on YouTube.
So there some good converter u will be used: Moyea Video Converter

Two ways for you to upload the video.
1. If your phone supports RTSP streaming and your service carrier allows streaming videos, you can create an account at http://www.youtube.com/my_profile_mobile and then upload it via via MMS. You can also view YouTube video by typing "m.youtube.com" on your phone. However, you will be charged for data use.
2. Copy the video from your phone to your computer, and create an account at http://www.youtube.com/ and then you can upload the video.
However, if you video is longer than 10 minutes. You may need to use video converter on your computer to trim or edit the video first. Here I am taking Moyea Video Converter, which is availabe at http://www.my-video-converter.com/video_converter as an example.
1. After adding the video to the program, you can select the file and click "Customize" button.
2. When you face the "Customize" window, drag the gray bar on the left or on the right under the preview panel to delete the beginning or ending few minutes of the video.
If you want to upload all the video contents, you do not have to drag the gray bar on the left, but to drag the gray bar on the right to ensure the duration within 10 minutes and click the "OK" button. Then, you shall add the video to the program again, and open the "Customize" window. Drag the gray bar on the left to the time point that you have chosen as the end time for the 1st video. Click the "OK" button to save the change.
3. Click the "Start" button to start converting.
