Cost of roof stain removal?
I can not find ballpark prices for roof stain removal anywhere.
How much can I expect to spend on this? Hundreds? Thousands (hope not)?
I have submitted an offer on a home and I hate the roof stains (plus they damage the roof- or so I have read). One story, approximately 1400 SF.

I bought 2 different products on Ebay that remove stains on roofs. Both cost under $75. One was a powder you mix , then spray on with a garden sprayer then rinse off. The other was a 1 gallon jug that you mix and apply in a garden sprayer then the rain over time cleans the stain off. They both worked fairly well.The powder was a quicker fix. I cant remember the name of either product but just go to Ebay and search for roof cleaner or roof stain remover.
