HELP!! ok if any of you know where i could adopt a mentally challenged chihuahua i would give much thanks.... ?

i want to adopt a mentally challenged chihuahua puppy or a young dog because i think people should just adopt a dog in need and i think mentally challenged chihuahuas are sooo cute and i need help finding a place where i can adopt one! thanx also no rude or mean comments :)

    I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "mentally challenged", but I'll bet if you check the shelters or petfinder.org, that there will be long list of chihuahuas with neurological problems just looking for a good, loving home!
