It'll heal up quickly enough. Try putting some soothing or cooling lotion on it and you could even cover it with a plaster so nothing else rubs against it.
You know, if you got your bra fitted properly, these things wouldn't happen.

try to keep it moisturized it will help with the scratchiness, and be sure to invest in some good fitting bras.

it happens to us all in an ill fitting bra. keep the bra off as much as possible to allow it to heal
