Did WW2 castrate Germany?

Did reckless war casualties, American immigrations, and Eisenhower's DEF concentration camps destroy the power, creativity, drive, and masculinity of post-WW2 Germany?

Update:

...including liberalism, Wehmerism, open immigration policies, and Dadaism.

"The power, creativity, drive, and masculinity of post-WW2 Germany?" - as reflected in which movement, which significant individual or a group?

I'm afraid that exactly these characteristics were seriously lacking in the German post WWII society, and understandably so. After such a delusional flight, it was time to land down to reality. And I think no awakening would be too rude for it.

The winning powers together with all the liberated ones had all of the creativity, drive and masculinity needed to revive from the ashes what the Nazis had destroyed.

But it took Germany 50 years to regain self-confidence and stand again among leading nations. Modern Germany is a great country and if it ever had been castrated as you say, it surely isn't showing now. The operation was performed successfully.

Yes. Unlike WW1 Germany, Germany had been bombed and basically destroyed. It's industry was destroyed, and millions was dead. It also split up into East and West Germany...

Germany now has come back into the community but WW2 is a stain on its history and Germnay doesn't want to make it worse so it is now trying to stop being an gressor, and has actually met with the Israel PM, Israel was created because of the Holocaust.

Well, this was just a sigh. And of course that's allowed. But there seem to be at least twelve questions below the surface. Each of them would be stuff enough for some evenings at the fireside.

No. The physical plant was pretty well trashed, but the Marshall Plan helped put things back together, and Germany was restored to the status of a significant power.

Given the choice of being conscripted into the German army and remaining closeted, or going to a concentration camp where gays were on the very lowest rungs of acceptability (even in a concentration camp), I would imagine a lot of gay men kept quiet about their sexual orientation and served in the German army. It's well known that many of the German officials in concentration camps had gay lovers.

I believe in fact the opposite, the war and its after effects have helped Germany. The shift from powergrabbing and invasions in Europe have really helped its reputation. The Marshel Plan helped to bolster the economy of it and Japan. It is interesting how both these countries came to be such economic power houses after WWII. Germany is known for many accolades in its current society and economy. I think the Sham WoW commercial sums it up best, "and they are made in Gemany, everyone knows how good products Germans make."

Germany never really had any "Grapes" to begin with...That is why they invaded the sissy contries of France and Poland...Tough fight there..."Hey let's pick on retarded kids..." The fact that Gunter and Helmut now wear tight black leotards and talk like a Nancy...Just shows that the Leaders of the Nazi Party were really just a bunch of repressed Homosexuals...Any hoot...I guess the World felt that the Germans were better at making really fast cars and good beer rather than wasting energy on invading the Land of Stinky Cheese...

    Yes.

Germany went from a world power to a NATO lap dog, and hasn't recovered since. It's sad, in a way.
