-- benefits in our company include php500k worth annual medical/dental insurance (with up to 4 beneficiaries at php250k worth a year), of course sss, philhealth, pagibig, coco life insurance. our company gives the best health insurance package, and this is not always the same with other companies, with others providing none.

-- i don't know of any company here in makati that provides snacks. but depending on the client/account, there may be free snacks (in one of the previous accounts i was in we are given free starbucks gc worth php300 everyday). in our company we have meal allowance instead of php1100 added to the monthly pay.

i'm pretty much sure it is not a dead end job. i know some people from my account that are now full-pledged travel agents abroad.

salaries range as some of the previous answerer said. and could be largely depending on the account. usually, sales accounts give out incentives, and in my former account the minimum pay per agent before was php70k a month. sadly that account went pfft as the client opted to open their own call center.

It depends on your location. In Baguio City, I heard the starting rates of call center agents starts at 12thou (without deductions, SSS, Philhealth, etc) while at Metro Manila area, salary usually starts at 18thou. If you are really good, promotion to supervisory position can fetch as high as 35thou plus. But different call centers have promotional incentives (example, plus 10k if you are hired immediately) or some insurance benefits so just choose which suits for your preference

Depends where you enroll actually. Used to teach part time in Informatics and they have a call center course. From what I remember it ranges from 8k to 10k. Used to teach in CCA too and the price is around the same if not cheaper. But if I were you I'd rather enroll in a class which enhances your communication skills if you really want to get into a call center.

during training it can range from 11-13k. when you're a regular, it can be from 15-18k. it really depends on who the client is and what you have to do.

i've worked at eperformax too. it's okay there. it really depends on which account you end up working in. if you want to take it easy, you can work at infonxx.

i've heard that convergys and ambergris are good...

some benefits are meal allowances. promotion is quick since turnovers happen often, that is if you stay long enough with the company.

    provincial rate:

    trainee_8-11k

    agent_13-18k

    manila rate:

    trainee_12-15k

    agent_15-23k

eperformax (located in makati and cebu) gives the best salary that can satisfy your needs.
