CD PLAYERS Vs. MP3 PLAYERS?

Basically, there are no advantages that a cd player has that an mp3 doesn't have so mp3 is better.

The girl above me is right when walking around with a CD player the songs changes or the CD scratches . Mp3's fit into Pockets easier.

The only advantage of having a CD player is, You don't have to pay so much money for songs ti sync it to your mp3 ( like an ipod 99 cents per song if you want 100 songs that 100 dollars.) with a CD player you can burn millions of Cd's . Unless you download your music illegally. Then that' a different story.

Mp3 is better IMO.

Cd players: you can carry the cd players in your hand or on a waist strap, but that time has faded. A good thing is that is you are walking around with Cd's you can put them into any stereo you want that You come by... unlike mp3 players. another bad thing about Cd's is that they scratch alot and the expected lifetime of a cd is a year or two.

MP3: you can upload your favorite songs onto a small device that you don't have to lug around. they are small and fit in you pocket. one some of the newer versions you can upload thousands of songs!

My vote it is the MP3 player! I have one and I enjoy it more than my old Cd players. Mp3 all the way!

CD: You can listen to your cd on your player in the car too;Doesn't waste a lot of your battery on your cd player;

MP3: Lightweight; Adds hundreds of songs that you like;Very small; Can be put anywhere; Can charge it easily on computer or cord

Just everything about the MP3 players are amazing.

CD players do ot have any Advantage over mp3 players. That's like asking what is the advantage VHS or DVD or Cassette tapes of CD. Think about it what would u rather have 1 ipod ot like 2,000 cds laying around.

MP3 Player's take up a lot less space than a CD player and all the CD's and is thus much easier to take anywhere and store etc...

CD Players

Pro: Physical copy, don't have to worry about a corrupted file or low quality copies.

Con: CD's can be scratched and may render it's ability to play correctly. Portable CD players have limited skip protection, and the "eye" may take time to adjust to replay the disc.

MP3 Players

Pro: Able to hold thousands of songs

Con: files may be corrupted during transfer.

MP3 PLAYERS because they wont skip when you are riding ur bike or running and u should also buy an mp3 player because u dont need to carry all ur cd's in the mps player its all in there

The only thing I can think of is that mp3 players are more portable, hold more songs, smaller, easier all around, instead of switching out CDs

mp3 player's are new

really, hardly anybody carries around cd player's anymore

mp3 player's hold the songs in the device and are more portable

so i recommend mp3 player's, or ipod's
