Spanglish broadway Musical name?
I was listening to broadway's best on sirius radio and heard a song with spanish and english lyrics. I thought i heard someone say Dominican something. I remember seeing the date was newer (2007/2008). Does anyone know what musical I heard?

Could be "In the Heights". I took about 100 kids to see it this past May. Really good - great message for kids - and adults - about family values - and mixed with HOT HOT HOT Latino dancing, to keep the Dads awake. My bilingual kids told me that each Latino character spoke and/or sang in the dialect of their character's region of country - which *I* would not have gotten, but the kids sure did. Several of my students are ESL kids, and seeing their origins so positively portrayed was great. Sometimes the poor guy, just struggling, was to one who was the most loyal or the best friend or the most devoted. One problem - the show is rap-based, and the orchestra was SO loud (although a great Latin band!) that you missed the fabulous lyrics. I guess they want you to buy the CD!
