How should i dump this guy? (repost)?
Okay so im going out with this guy in a grade lower then me and i like one of my ex's alot more; my ex still likes me. I went out with this guy to give him a chance and now i don't want to go out with him any more. How should i break up with him, I need an excuse about why i cant date him. He thinks everything is going perfect, but in my eyes, nothing is right. Alo because i like my ex more i dont want him to end up more hurt in the long run. It has been a little over 2 weeks and i need to know how i should dump him, i wont do it in person (he would cry) and im not sure if i should tell him the truth about how i like my ex more or give him an excuse about how im failling school and i cant have a bf till after my grades go back up. (i really am failing school, im too distracted with a bf, but i don mind.)
but if i tell him im failing school and cant have a bf till my grades go back up, and then all of a sudden i have a new bf, what do i do about that?
he doesnt have a cell phone or a myspace, but we have school email

er well straight up you got to be honest with him, he will find out sooner or later that you dumped him for another guy since your in the same school... Just break it to him easy, just say somethin like you have given it a chance but you really dont think the relationship is workin. You dont need to make up somethin fake so your not liein to him. And its a comman problem. The only slight snag you may have is if he says well what can a do to make it work lol in that case your on you own :p hope a helped hun :)

You kids, I have two teenage daughters, just send him a text mesaage. I am sure he asked you out that way in the first place. or just send him a post on myspace. Sounds like you got him on the rebound. Normal. Let this be a learning lesson. I am sure it will happen again.

wow i kinda had the same problem i liked this other guy but i was with someone who got locked up so what i did was tell him that i was doin bad in school and my dad sent mi back to puerto rico...so you was on the right track with the school thing tell him your doing bad in school and your parents dont want you with no body

You can either go out as a hoe or go out as a lying hoe. No way to go out as a virtuous hoe.
Tell him: Not working out, then immediately hook up with your ex and be known as a hoe.
Or tell him: My grades suck and I have to end this, then immediately hook up with your ex and be known as a lying hoe.

Why can't you just be honest?
Tell him it's not working, and that you want out. It's much better to be honest than to lie.
