Help!! Lose inches asap!!!?
I have 2 days to lose at least one inch off my waist. Homecoming is saturday and my dress is superrrr tight. Should I just not eat or eat small meals? Or lose water weight. Any advice or tips will help!! Thank you!!! ;)

eat nuttin but vegi & fruits and/or juice and salads along with water but don't overdo it and get some exercise like soccer or sport that involves running or just jog for about 2-4 hrs. If u prefer a different approach try yoga or philates and follow a personalized program for the waist,(do not weight lift cause it just builds muscles unless u are using a cardio program which is another option). Also do some crunches and sit-ups before u take a shower, (make sure u shower in cold water so ur body can cool off before u go to bed). follow this and what mariany17 said (don't know much bout food like she does srry). u should loose about an inch off the waist k good luck :P

Don't eat any sugar or carbs (no candy, cookies, pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, etc). Do eat good fats (eggs, avocado, butter) in order to feel full. Also eat dark green veggies (broccoli, spinach, etc) and some protein!!
