Follow these steps to see if you installed SP1.

1 - Click the start button, find the "Control Panel" link and click it.

2 - Click the, "Classic View" link on the Top-Left

    3 - Double-Click the "System" icon

4 - If you have Vista installed it will say "Service Pack 1" right under the "Copyright 2007 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved." text.

It's called Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (KB936330)

Go to Control Panel > Windows Update > View Update history, and search it for SP1.

If you go to Control Panel > System and Maintenance > System (or you can right-click on your "computer" icon on the desktop and go down to "properties"), it should say "Service Pack 1" underneath the copyright notice.
