Yahoo spell checker identifies "Obama" as misspelling - comments?
It has no problem with "McCain", but reports Obama as a misspelled word. Agreed, that Obama is a new word and probably missing from the dictionary. But surely Yahoo would have added it by now. I wonder why not. Your thoughts?

Because no dictionary has it. It is not a western nor common name. It doesn't recognize my last name either and mine is very common.
If you are insinuating Yahoo! is racist you are on the wrong page, buddy.

Yahoo is weird. Once I was typing an answer and it said "Hmm... you seem to have a lot of punctuation". I copied and pasted that into the answer box and it says "Oops! It looks like you have 1 misspelling(s)."
I go to see what it is and they say the "Hmm..." is misspelled. Now I can annoy Yahoo with that all day.

Probably because its a less common pronoun.
