i started powerlifting about a year ago and cant seem to find a good diet. any advise would be great?

    Depending on what time of day your workouts are...carb up the meal before. Other than that, just a normal healthy balanced diet should be fine. Drink lots of water...only water if you can.

    I would first start by taking in a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Break it into 5-7 meals a day. Then add some healthy fats such as peanut butter, almonds, avocadoes. And also complex carbs.

    Smaller, more frequent meals that are based around a good protein source will give you the best results.
