Cartoon with a scary apple core monster?

does anyone remember a cartoon that has an apple core that grows a body and scares a couple of kids???

no, it is a bit scary though

it was a cartoon an tv, 1/2 hour job. the apple core grew a doll like body after it was thrown out in the tip. nasty piece it was too.

    Was it a doll that with an apple core head? do you know if it was a live action, stop motion, a main stream full lenth movie? Or a short, Indie film? about when was the film?

    I found this cartoon called "WICKED!" about two kids who fight this guy with an apple for a head named the apple man.
