In USA and Europe, how animals ( like Cows, Lambs and sheep ) are slaughtered ? what is the method of doing that in there ? and does the one who slaughter the animals say the name of God in the process of slaughtering ?

shoot them in the head, cut off the skin, cut the animal into the pieces you want, sell to a grocery, sell to a consumer, eat, enjoy!
No religious significance for the most part... some Kosher butchers may do things a little different however.
