What to do with an acre of land?
Well to be exact, i'm looking to get a
3000 meter square, equiv. to ~30,000 square feet, 0.74 acre, 0.3 hectare
(if u need it in other area measurement, just let me know)
but dunno what can I turn it into.. the location is pretty good
a mall? outlet?
a recreational area?
car dealership?
gas/petrol station?
I wanna do something a little creative & benefiting the community, your help is much much appreciated

A park, a small grocery store, a restaurant. Maybe some little business where you would make the stuff, like a pottery shop. It isn't really big enough for a mall, you would have to have parking, isn't a acre only 200 ft X 200 ft?
